Three steps, start to finish.

Book online
Choose a car and your dates, add any extras and upload your licence. You pay the rental online; nothing else is due until handover.
02
We deliver
A NOIR driver brings the car to your hotel, villa or the airport in the window you picked. We walk you through the car and hold the deposit.
03
We collect
At the end, we collect from wherever you are. Fuel, tolls and fines are settled at cost and the deposit is released.
02The rate
What the daily rate covers.
Included
- Comprehensive insurance with a set excess
- Delivery and collection within Dubai
- Kilometres per day as listed on each car
- 24-hour roadside assistance
- A full tank at handover
Not included
- Fuel used during the rental (or choose prepaid fuel)
- Salik tolls and traffic fines, charged at cost
- Kilometres beyond the daily allowance
- Driving outside the UAE or off tarmac
03Before you book
Driver requirements.
You upload your licence and ID while booking, and we check them then.

Age 25 or over
Most cars need a driver aged 25 or over. A few of the supercars need 30 or over. The minimum is listed on each car.

Licence held for 2 years
A full driving licence, held for at least two years. UAE residents use their UAE licence.
- 03
International Driving Permit, where needed
Visitors from the GCC, US, UK, EU and several other countries can drive on their home licence. Others need an IDP alongside it. We check this when you upload your licence.
- 04
Passport or Emirates ID
Visitors upload a passport with the entry stamp. Residents upload their Emirates ID, front and back.
- 05
Security deposit at handover
A refundable deposit is held on a credit card when we hand over the keys. It is never charged online. The amount is listed on each car and released after the car is returned and fines are checked.

A refundable hold is placed on a credit card when we hand over the keys. The amount is listed on each car.

Never online
Nothing related to the deposit is charged when you book. You only pay the rental online.
- 03
After return
Once the car is back and Salik and fines have been checked, the hold is released, usually within 14 days.

05Cancellation
Changes and cancellation
If plans change
- 01Change or cancel from your account, within the cancellation window shown at checkout.
- 02For anything closer to the date, message the concierge on WhatsApp.
- 03The deposit is only held at handover, so there is nothing to release if you cancel before then.
